Casual Team
These positions are available every year. We are always looking for new people to come and join us.
Casual Leisure Assistant
The perfect starting point. An introductory position assisting in the running of the Activity Centre at Dinton and the Paddling Pool at California Country Park.
Casual Instructor
A flexible role for instructors. Ideal for those still within education who want to put their qualifications to good use without the commitment of a 9-5 role.
Also suitable for freelance or part time instructors.
Core Team
Positions here are either fixed term or permanent and so availability varies.
Senior Instructor
A permanent position within the team. Perfect for those who have been in the industry a few years and are looking for the next step up. Applicants will need expertise in multiple outdoor sports and a bit of knowledge in the behind the scenes activities that make an outdoor centre work.
Currently we are looking for people with the RYA Senior Instructor qualification.
