Boat Hire Information

Once you have booked a boat hire session, there is no need to go to reception. Simply head straight down to the beach where you will find our staff (in blue polo shirts) ready to get you signed in and out on the water as quickly as possible. To help avoid delays, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session starts.

On busy days, the booking schedule may be running slightly behind, but please bear with us as we work hard to get things back on track.

What to Bring:
  • Yourself and suitable clothing that you don't mind getting wet.
  • Wetsuits can be hired for a fee from reception. Allow additional time for this before your booking time (subject to availability).
  • We will provide all participants with a suitable buoyancy aid, which must be worn for the duration of your time on the water.
Age Restrictions:
  • Minimum age of 2, subject to suitable craft and being accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Under 8s must be on the same craft as a supervising adult.
  • Under 16s must have a supervising adult on site at all times.
Valuables:
  • Please ensure any valuables are either left in a secure location or secured to your person in a waterproof case, as we will be unable to assist with any loss or damage to these items.
  • Lockers can be found in the adult changing rooms.
  • Padlocks can be purchased from reception, or you can bring your own.

We look forward to seeing you on the water!
